Wood Plastic Profile Extrusion Line
Description:
1.WPC profiles are mainly used in WPC (PVC or PE ) floor, WPC auxiliary profile for the decorative door and small profiles. And this extrusion line is the best choice to produce those profiles.
2.This production line is made up of conical twin screw extruder, mould, calibration table, haul-off, cutter, stacker.
3.Additionally, equipped with corresponding co-extruder, the rubber seal or the surface color can be co-extruded on line.
4.From the material feeding until the stacking, it is fully automatic, which also pursues the characteristics of good plasticization, low energy consumption and cost effective.
